A “Fat Rant”

By the time this video was over, I was on my feet, applauding and cheering. Preach on, sister. I am very much into a healthful life; but I am not at all into the idea that "fat" and "thin" are foregone conclusions based on that healthful life. And I LOVE this woman’s confidence. PREACH!
