Implementation Services
I’m not currently taking any new Implementation Services clients.
Sign up below, and I will notify you as soon as there are openings for new clients… you’ll get first dibs on my availability!
Make room for the things you love by letting me do the things you don’t.
Your biz is movin’ and groovin’… but there’s more to be done than you have time to do.
You’re spending valuable hours and energy doing the things that are necessary for your business… but that don’t reflect your unique talents and Great Work.
You know your business could be running more effectively and profitably… if only you didn’t have to be constantly distracted by all of those to-do items that keep cropping up.
If you’re nodding in agreement with any of those, then let’s talk.
Even the Lone Ranger had a sidekick.
You don’t have to do it all yourself.
When you’re an entrepreneur — especially a solopreneur — “I can do it myself!” easily becomes a mantra. Perhaps it’s even a source of pride. But here’s the secret: You don’t hire a support partner because you can’t do it. You hire a support partner because you’ve got bigger fish to fry, baby. You’ve got grand ideas to nurture, big projects to create, movements to lead.
You hire me so that you can get on with the nurturing, the creating and the leading, and let me handle the behind-the-scenes details.
I can help you spend more time focused on the biz activities that you actually enjoy. The ones that light you up. The ones that make you money. The ones that probably inspired you to start your own business in the first place.
When we work together, you get high-level support assistance. You get someone who genuinely cares about your business and who’s got strategy smarts and implementation know-how. Someone who can be your support partner, so that you’re no longer trying to juggle all of those to-dos (and might-dos, could-dos or should-dos) all by yourself.
How I Can Help You
Exactly how I help you depends on the kind of support you want and that your business needs. But to get your wheels turning, here are some of the ways I’ve helped clients:
- Website setup
- Blog post formatting & scheduling
- Opt-in/sales page & autoresponder setup
- Shopping cart setup & management
- Individual product setup (& autoresponder integration, if applicable)
- Affiliate program setup
- Teleclass setup & administration
- Facebook Page setup
- Newsletter design, setup, link adding/checking, formatting & scheduling
- Website maintenance (updating WordPress, updating or adding plugins, updating or editing copy, adding or removing pages, adding or removing elements in your sidebars, adding images, etc.)
- Twitter background creation
- Social media setup & management
Who I’d Love To Work With
I get really excited about working with a client who:
- Has a clear vision for their business and is fired up about making that happen
- Can describe the outcome they want (even if they aren’t sure about all the details involved in getting there)
- Delegates and then lets go of the details, trusting in the support partnership and process
- Works creatively, but with some method to the creativity, so as to minimize the need for last-minute rush jobs
- Delights in truly making a difference to their customers, clients or readers
- Takes their work seriously while still finding the humor in everyday life
- Wants to actually like the people with whom they work
If this sounds like you, we’ll probably work well together!
Rates
My rate is $60/hour. The minimum number of hours to purchase is 10. Hours are good for eight weeks from the date of purchase.
Just to clarify: I’m a do-er, not a trainer.
If you take your car to a mechanic to get the engine fixed, he’ll fix the engine–he won’t teach you how to fix an engine. If you hire a crew to put a new roof on your house, that’s what they’ll do. They won’t teach you how to roof houses. If you hire a dog groomer, she’ll groom your dog–she won’t teach you how to groom dogs.
Similarly, if you hire me to do some work for you, I’ll do the work for you. I won’t teach you how to build a website or create a newsletter template or use Photoshop (etc.). If you want to learn how, there are great books and courses out there to help you. If you just want it to get DONE, I’m your girl!
Here’s what to do to get this ball rolling!
Make contact! Send me an email (support [at] marissabracke [dot] com). Let me know who you are (include a link to your website, if you’ve got one), whether you’re interested in long-term support or one-off project support, and any other details that immediately jump to mind.
Or, if you prefer, just give me a call (260.622.5001 – between 11am & 5pm Eastern, please). Yes, really–you can call me. Sometimes a ten minute phone call saves an hour of email back-and-forths!
After I hear from you: I will confirm my availability for the kind of support you’re seeking, and then I’ll send you a PayPal invoice as well as a link to schedule our Get To Know You + Strategy + Brain Unloading + Getting Started call. If it turns out that I’m not available for the support you’d like, I will do my best to offer a referral to someone else who might be able to help you.
Got questions?

Testimonials

There is absolutely no one in the world with Marissa Bracke’s caliber of savvy organizational mojo and utter on-top-of-it-ness — and boy oh boy, have I looked. It’s almost impossible for me to write this testimonial without a few readers thinking I’m full of shit — because ridiculously, she’s just that good.
Marissa’s natural ability to tie up any and all loose threads on a project is amazing. I honestly can’t think of a smarter hire for any business under the sun (or on the web). She has approached each one of our interactions with such obvious care and attention that it’s clear to me our projects mattered to her — and that was before I realized that she was purposefully putting systems in place that would work with or without her presence.
It has been an enormous pleasure to get to work with her. She’s ruined me for virtual assistants everywhere. Don’t bother looking for another Marissa. Just hire Marissa.

I find delegation challenging, but I’m so glad when I overcome it to engage Marissa’s help. With Marissa on task I’m totally comfortable knowing that she’ll deliver what I ask for (and often more). As a result I have expanded mental space for creative work and more freedom in my business.

Marissa is a joy and a pleasure to work with.
I needed Marissa’s help right at a time when I was struggling with my inbox and the busy-ness of my business. Marissa was like a shining inbox-fairy angel. With little introduction, she was able to manage all my correspondence and free up my time to focus on the creative part of my business AND my new family.
Marissa has a knack for fitting seamlessly into the energy of your business — I felt so confident that my clients were being taken care of in the joyful goddess way I intended. I’d recommend Marissa unreservedly and unconditionally, and will be using her in the future whenever I need a can-do-ologist, kind helper & inbox genie.

After seeing how Marissa helped other entrepreneurs, I saw that she might be able to help me, too. There were a batch of things that I was doing that someone with the smarts, skills, and heart could do to help me focus on those things that only I could do.
What’s especially helpful is her ability to create a system and process that makes working with each other much smoother. Now, when a new Important Thing To Do pops up, the first thing I do is talk about it with Marissa, since she can often take 80% of the work to do that thing off my plate by either doing it for me or coming up with a way that we can do it together.
As your business grows, there will always be new Important Things To Do, and they will outpace your capacity to do them. Having Marissa on my team has made the difference being constrained against keeping up and me being able to handle the right opportunities as they came up. Were it not for Marissa, I would have buckled under my business’s growth.
While her “formal” services would easily be enough to justify hiring her, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that she’s just plain fun to work with. She’s a brilliant brainstormer and excellent sounding board, and being able to explain what I’m trying to do to someone who gets me and supports my work has been amazingly valuable to me.
If you’ve got your hands full with great work and need a team member that will help you have fun and focus on your unique abilities, hire Marissa today. I’m so glad I did.
I’m Marissa, can-do-ologist, perpetual Curious George, and daily adventurer.
