My hometown is now online! Without further ado, click here to visit Ossian’s very own website (which is actually very well done, except for the typo on the Home screen–”Ossians” should be “Ossian’s”… it’s the T.A. in me, and I can’t help but proofread!).
For all the joking I do about it, and while it certainly does have it’s small-town “downsides,” Ossian really does have a lot of positives about it too, and I’m very happy to be moving back there post-graduation.
Now that, I believe, is a mark of having grown up a bit… I just sat back and realized that going back to my little midwestern town where I grew up was pretty neat, all in all, rather than thinking, “Dude, the only cool places in the world have skyscrapers.” But that’s a post for another day, no?
