		<description>Love love Kelly Parkinson. And I&#039;ve been hearing wonderful things about &lt;em&gt;you&lt;/em&gt;. (I was getting ready to say that I&#039;m watching you, but then realized that sounded creepy.) 

My remedy right now is definitely the stepping back instead of plunging forward. So hard to do.

		<description>Oh my gosh! Milk rice, Windex, vinegar...and ME? Thanks so much--what an honor! I think my useful remedy to add to this list would have to be ear plugs. They usually cure minor irritations. And you can take them anywhere.</description>
