No, really–you can call me. That number’s there because I’m fine with you actually using it! A 10-minute phone call can usually save an hour’s worth of emailing back and forth.

(If you call & get my voice mail, pretty please leave me a message about why you’re calling… those “Hey, call me back” messages that offer no additional context are unlikely to be returned.)

Email

• I am slow to respond to email. Phone is your better option.
• Current clients get my priority attention in email–everything else gets funneled aside for a rainy day. So phone is really your better option.
• If you send me an email and don’t hear back… call!
